Fork You: Wines, PA Style

by scott on February 16, 2010

Marisa and Scott were invited to travel the Berks County Wine Trail and drink all the free wine they could… and what bloggers say no to free stuff? Not these bloggers.

Here’s a list of the wineries visited:

Check out the episode for all the wine fun, and don’t forget to subscribe to Fork You in iTunes.

Actually my favorite pasta is the large shells because you can stuff them with anything from spinach with ricotta to crab and creamcheese with crem fraiche. If I am making my own pasta I like to make bizarre shapes but I have to try to keep them the same size so that they cook evenly. I must admit I do get carried away when making my own. The cookbook looks interesting and the cover is beautiful. Thank you

Berks County wine trail is definitely a fun trip, as is the Bucks County wine trail. What I’d like to see more of personally are beer trails!

Just found this food trail through Bucks County recently that I’m stoked to try myself: http://buckscountyfoodtours.com and have a trip set up for this weekend!

Love the blog, keep eatin!
Brian
