Actually my favorite pasta is the large shells because you can stuff them with anything from spinach with ricotta to crab and creamcheese with crem fraiche. If I am making my own pasta I like to make bizarre shapes but I have to try to keep them the same size so that they cook evenly. I must admit I do get carried away when making my own. The cookbook looks interesting and the cover is beautiful. Thank you
Berks County wine trail is definitely a fun trip, as is the Bucks County wine trail. What I’d like to see more of personally are beer trails!
